OUR CANCELLATION POLICIES AND FEES:
All clients are required to hold their appointments with a valid credit/debit card.
Luminous requires a 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid charges.

When booking same day, any changes must be notified within 2 hours of appointment time to avoid charges below.

-Same day cancellation without rescheduling = Fee 50% of your total.
-Same day cancel and reschedule to a different day= Fee 25% of your total.
-Same day reschedule to later that day. (If more than an hour from original start time) = Fee 20% of your total.
-No call, No Show = Fee 100% of your total.
HOLIDAY BOOKINGS OR GROUPS:
72-hour Cancellation Policy and Fees
(Valentine's Week, Mother's Day Week or Groups) 

$25/person deposit will be taken upon booking. Your deposit will be used toward your booked service(s) day of.

We would like our clients to receive the full service(s) booked , however at times we are unable to accommodate depending on client time of arrival and our technicians availability.

If we are unable to accommodate the full service(s) scheduled due to client tardiness. Clients are still responsible for full payment of the service(s) booked
